Let us set the scene for Ten, a wine that's as bold and seductive as its name.

Every grape was hand-picked and carefully sorted under the sun before spending a cool, intimate night in our cold room. The next day, they were gently de-stemmed, with any rough stems (we call them "jack stems") left behind to keep things smooth. The musts were treated to a luxurious five day soak in open top fermenters before cultured yeasts slowly worked their magic, igniting a fermentation as patient as it was passionate. Twice a day, we caressed the fermenting grapes by hand, drawing out their deepest, richest flavors over a decadent 16-28 days.

When fermentation was complete, the free run wine, pure and unfiltered, was transferred to rest, then pressed with the softest touch to ensure every sip remained silky, never bitter. After an overnight beauty sleep, the wine was moved to barrels where it evolved, untouched by fining or filtration, into something irresistible.

The result? Ten is dark, brooding, and oh-so-intense. It teases your senses with notes of rich cacao, juicy raspberries, and ripe Friar plums, layered with a seductive blend of spices and just a whisper of lavender. Its firm, confident tannins promise longevity, while the finish? Long, velvety, and completely unforgettable.
