About Our Custom Wine Labels

If you already have a bottle in mind and just want to put something personal on it, our custom wine labels are the cleanest way to do that. Upload a photo, add names and a date, drop in a logo, whatever the occasion calls for. We print on waterproof adhesive stock that holds up in an ice bucket without peeling or bleeding, so the label looks the same coming out of the water as it did going in.

A single label is $5 and a set of 12 is $19, both with free shipping, and orders arrive in 3 to 6 business days. Labels are peel and stick, so you can put them on bottles you already own. If you buy the wine from us at the same time, we apply the label before the bottle ships.

Wine Label Sizes

We print four sizes. These are the finished printed dimensions:

  • Tall (Bordeaux): 3.5 inches wide by 4.5 inches high. For tall, high shouldered bottles with a narrow front panel.
  • Wide (Teardrop): 4.5 inches wide by 3.5 inches high. For wider Bordeaux and Burgundy style bottles, and the most room for a photo.
  • Square: 3.4 inches wide by 3.4 inches high. A modern shape that suits photo-centered designs.
  • Mini: 2.25 inches wide by 2.25 inches high. Sized for 187 mL mini bottles.

Upload artwork as a PNG or JPG: 1050 by 1350 pixels for Tall, 1350 by 1050 for Wide, and 1350 by 1350 for Square and Mini.

How Ordering Works

Pick a size, then design the label in your browser. Start from a template or upload your own artwork, and add text, names, dates or a logo. Before checkout you review a virtual proof and confirm it is correct. The proof is a computer rendering, so slight variation in color and sizing can happen on the printed label. Check spelling and dates carefully, because changes after an order is placed are not always possible once it enters production.

Upload a PNG or JPG. Use 1050 by 1350 pixels for Tall, 1350 by 1050 for Wide, and 1350 by 1350 for Square and Mini. Artwork below those sizes can look soft once it is printed.

How long do custom wine labels take to arrive?

Orders are delivered in 3 to 6 business days, with free shipping on labels. Labels ordered on their own have no age signature requirement, but bottles of wine or spirits do need a signature from an adult 21 or older.
