Reyka Vodka
Product Details
Reyka's distillery is located in the town of Bogarnes on the west coast of Iceland. Reyka is distilled in small batches to ensure exceptional quality. Each distillation takes about 6 hours and makes only 255 cases. By vodka standards, that's tiny. It is filtered through lava rock and the water used to bring the vodka to proof is arctic spring water. The distillery is powered by geothermal energy from underground volcanoes. Not only is it environmentally friendly, it's fun to talk about at cocktail parties. Custom engraved bottles of Reyka make a great personalized vodka gift!
Tasting Notes: An enjoyably moderately full body, rounded mouth feel carries soft notes of vanilla, lemon, and earthy pepper.
