My team at work ordered several bottles for a coworkers retirement. He lived them and would show off each bottle to those who attended his party. Other coworkers were equally impressed and wanted to know where we got them. Great work all around!

I coach the EC Sirens women's rugby team. We have a special tradition called the "Century Club" for players who score more than 100 points in their Sirens career. Since we began tracking the scoring, only 3 players have achieved the feat. Those 3 players all now have Personal Wine engraved gifts to remember their achievement (even after the celebration). They absolutely love the keepsake and it has become even more motivation for others to reach the milestone.

We ordered a personalized bottle of champagne and birch wood box for the opening of a brewery my husband's cousin owns. I discovered your website very last minute and needed the order within a few days of placing it. Your customer service rep, Ben, was incredible! He worked with me on the design and sent several iterations based on my feedback. We were SO pleased with the result and our cousin absolutely loved it! Great customer service! I made a mistake with the delivery address and although the company was closed due to bad weather I got a response from someone at home!
They fixed it for me and it took some work!
The bottles were lovely and such a special touch.
The champagne bottles were more defined. Loved the taste too.
Sauvignon Blanc bottle was nice, but sadly didn’t like the wine.
Would use this company again no doubt!
Maybe have a few more choices of wine is my only suggestion.

I customed ordered a champagne bottle with two customized champagne flutes. Unfortunately I receieved the bottle and only one champagne flute not two, and the importance was this is a Christmas gift for a business owner. Bekah Richter spoke to me and offered to refund the cost of the flutes and delivered my second flute for the inconvience. She apologized for the mistake and realized it was ordered in time for Christmas. This is what you call customer service and I will recommend PersonalWine to my friends. Thanks so very much Bekah.

My best friend is 29. She has three toddler aged kids and dedicates her life to everyone except herself. She was diagnosed with cervical cancer in October. After treatments & surgery, she is now cancer free. Her and I have a dry sense of humor & appreciate the occasional champagne so I customized this bottle for her.
