Equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier, Pol Roger Réserve Brut is produced in the same manner today as it was 160 years ago, and is the only négotiant Champagne producer to hand-riddle their non-vintage wines; a painstaking process long abandoned by most modern day producers.

Each glass displays a beautiful golden straw color, and innumerable fine bubbles. Aromas of pear and mango accompany each swirl. Flavors of honeysuckle, white jasmine, vanilla, and brioche are joined by cooked fruit (quince jelly, apricot jam) on the palate, and each taste finishes with intriguing hints of beeswax and acacia honey.  Pol Roger is considered by many the greatest apértif Champagne.
