The extra summer fog and cloud cover allowed for an extended growing season resulting in excellent flavor concentration, good acidity, and structure. It opens with tempting aromas of blackberry, plum, and bright fruits. Alluring flavors of ripe, red berries and tasty notes of blackcurrant and oak envelop the palate and lead to an elegantly smooth finish.
Devi Blanc de Blancs: Beautiful pale gold in color with delicate bubbles and a bouquet of fresh pear and apple. It has a clean attack, with the small bubbles offering a refreshing zing to the mouthfeel. Devi Blanc de Blancs brut champagne is very pleasant to the taste thanks to a well-balanced dosage. This bubbly will pair well with most light aperitifs or white meat but goes exceptionally well with fish and seafood.
