In maintaining their well-earned reputation, Bollinger vastly exceeds all standard quality measures. Over 85% of this wine comes from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, is cellar-aged for twice the time required, and confers an abundance of complexity, depth, fruit character, structure, and refinement. One is hard-pressed to find a superior sparkling rosé champagne, period.

Comprised of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay, and 14% Meunier, with a light dosage of 8 grams residual sugar per liter, this dry Bollinger sparkling rosé champagne is redolent of red currant, cherry, and wild strawberry, with a touch of spice, and a subtly tannic finish. An excellent pairing with lobster, salmon, and any fruit-based dessert. Add a custom engraving or personalized message to this Bolly Champagne, and make this the perfect gift.

Customize the front of this wine bottle with a personalized engraving. The original winery back label containing information about the wine will remain on the back of the bottle. A high resolution black and white design is required for engraving. If a design is submitted that cannot be used there will be possible delays and/or fees required. High-Resolution, high-quality photographs can sometimes be converted to black & white engraving art. If you submit an engraving design with a color image, we will reach out to discuss your options. I decided to purchase this bottle of champagne for my parents' twenty-fifth wedding anniversary. I loved the sophisticated design on this excellent bottle and my parents absolutely loved it as well! It definitely was a great way to toast to their astounding accomplishment.
