Blanc de Bleu Brut is a premium California chardonnay with an added hint of Blueberries and is a delicate sparkling wine reserved for memorable celebrations. It offers seductive flavors and fresh aromatic effervescence - vividly mixed with Blueberries. All of this is contained in an impressively sexy bottle with tasteful flair.
The grapes are picked at lower sugar levels to ensure that this wine has lower alcohol content. The fruit is pressed into stainless steel tanks for primary fermentation, and then secondary fermentation using the Charmat method. Adding a small amount of blueberry extract creates the gentle perfume and tender flavors in these Blanc De Bleu mini bottles."

With the excellent and creative help of Bekah Richter, I was able to “surprise” him with engraved champagne bottles and champagne mini bottles with 3 favorite pictures right on the bottle label! Bekah took a picture and transformed it into an engraving for the bottle and for stemless champagne flutes, stemless wine glasses and beer pint glasses!
