Mionetto has been making sparkling wine in Italy's Veneto region since 1887. This is their non-alcoholic version — all the bubbles, none of the alcohol. It's light and fresh with fine persistent foam, white fruit, and a clean dry finish. For a dealcoholized sparkling wine, it's genuinely enjoyable and doesn't taste like a compromise.
